Bupa Headquaters
Works managed over a three-year period including full refurbishment of all commercial office space totalling 12,000m2, installation of new stairs and voids across 6 levels. Full upgrade of base building toilet and lobby amenities including a substantial refurbishment of the ground floor lobby.
MMG
Works managed over an eighteen-month period including full refurbishment of commercial office spaces. On floor upgrades to Lobby and Amenities. Works included staged handover with make good to existing floor within the same building.
